WHAT ARE UTENSILS? Small kitchen tools Most kitchens are stocked with basic equipment that lets you perform an amazing number of cooking tasks.

TYPES OF MEASURING UTENSILS Dry Measuring cups are used to measure dry ingredients and come in sets generally ranging from a quarter cup to a cup. Used to measure ingredients such as flour and sugar Get out dry and liquid measuring cups out. Get measuring spoons out.

TYPES OF MEASURING UNTENSILS Liquid Measuring cups are used to measure liquids and come in various sizes. Have a spout for pouring and measurement levels marked on the sides. Measuring spoons are used for measuring smaller amounts of liquid and dry ingredients and come in sets that generally range from a quarter teaspoon to a tablespoon
