EMPLOYABILITY  92% of individuals employed in child care in Genesee County completed course work or received an Early Childhood Program Degree  98% of Head Start personnel in Genesee/Lapeer County have received their CDA or completed course work at Mott  78% of students who received their CDA returned to complete the Associate Degree.
