National Aeronautics and Space Administration Statement of Work Place of performance –NASA Glenn Research Center – Cleveland, OH –NASA Langley Research Center- Hampton, VA –NASA Dryden Flight Research Center – Edwards, CA –NASA Ames Research Center – Moffett Field, CA * Note – some training or OD work may take place at offsite locations, normally no further than 100 miles from a Center Government/Consultant Relationship –Government capability to conduct a thorough needs analysis –Contractor will be engaged to partner with internal providers for delivery of end product 2

CLIN #1: OD Services – important notes –Following Certifications are necessary (others may be helpful, but this must be used) ESCI MBTI Firo-B DISC Change Management Certification –Important to have several options for facilitators to draw on based on the type of OD intervention required, possible simultaneous interventions at multiple Centers, etc. –NASA does much of this work already internally and has vast understanding of internal culture. In most cases, internal consultants will remain a part of the team doing the OD work and will decide when it is appropriate to bring in support through this contract. 4

CLIN #2: Professional Coaching Services –Various types of coaching in support of Center development programs, personal development, team development, executive on-boarding, etc. –All coaches should adhere to the Code of Ethics for Coaches as spelled out by the International Coach Federation. –Coaches must be ICF credentialed at a minimum at the ACC level (equivalent would be completion of an ICF accredited training program with 500 additional hours of individual coaching experience) –It is standard practice to provide 3 coaches for clients to choose from, 2 of the options for coaches must be available for periodic in-person coaching. –Coaching engagement refers to the life of the coaching relationship between the coach and client. Engagements will run from 6 to 24 hours. –NASA is requesting reporting on only the high level goals and objectives of the coaching as well as when the coaching is taking place. All clients sign an internal confidentiality agreement spelling out what is to be shared and what is not before beginning their coaching engagement. 5

CLIN #3: Leadership Development Training –Short courses (2-3 days) on the following topics *(an agenda provided for any off the shelf courses designed by vendor would be helpful in the evaluation): Emotional intelligence Strategic communication Influence skills Supervisory training Leading creativity and innovation Leadership skills for women Team leadership skills –Long term development programs Potential 6 month or longer cohort-based leadership development programs Project management leadership programs 6
