Policy Regime for TNHE Provision Weaknesses/Gaps 1. Unclear delineation of responsibility over ladderized programs and lack of regulation of gray area programs 2. Weak data collection and dissemination and lack of information system on TNHE 3. Inadequate resources for monitoring 4. Need for comparative studies of recognition and accreditation standards and procedures 5. Need for closer linkaging and coordination with international/ regional TNHE accrediting and monitoring bodies
