PUNCTUALITY OF MAIL/EXPRESS TRAINS  PUNCTUALITY ABOVE 90% ACHIEVED FOR THE MONTHS OF MAY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER  A NEW RECORD OF 92.65% PUNCTUALITY OF MAIL/EXPRESS TRAINS WAS MADE IN THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER  INTENSIVE MONITORING, SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION IN ASSET FAILURES AND RATIONALIZATION OF TRAIN MOVEMENT THROUGH TIME TABLING CHANGES, BROUGHT ABOUT THIS PERCEPTIBLE IMPROVEMENT IN PUNCTUALITY OF M/EXP TRAINS.  NR HAS THE HEAVIEST PASSENGER OPERATION OVER IR WITH 505 MAIL/EXPRESS TRAINS DAILY.  PASSENGER AND SUBURBAN PUNCTUALITY ALSO IMPROVED OVER LAST YEAR. 10
