What recommendations would you make to the English department to better prepare their students?  More conversational English instead of writing too much.  Promote dialogue instead of assigning whole chapters of writing exercises.  The professors have to come more prepare to class.  Use technology as a educational tool, because it is a good way of keep students attentive these days.  More grammar, because students are suffering on gramatical errors.
