3 CONFIDENTIAL Cost Estimator Cost Estimator allows you to get approximate estimations of your infrastructure’s price. Please take note of the following specifics: For each VM, you have not only to specify the “Compute instance” details, but also the “Block storage” estimations. The VMs are billed for actually used resources, not for the reserved space The size of a machine image depends on its used HDD space The size of a checkpoint depends on the number and complexity of the changes introduced to the VM after the checkpoint creation

4 CONFIDENTIAL Manage EPC Tool Manage EPC tool is available for Project Coordinators only and allows to set up user permissions, project quotas and notifications.

5 CONFIDENTIAL Managing Permissions Manage EPC wizard allows to set up permissions for all project members who have the same UPSA role, and for specific users. When setting up the permissions, please, remember the following permissions setup specifics: It is possible to set up permissions for a specific user only if they have zCloudUser Cloud role. In case they have both zCloudUser and zCloudAdmin roles, or neither of them, customizing their permissions is impossible The specific user’s default permissions are a combination of permissions granted for each UPSA role the user has on the project. Customizing an UPSA role permission automatically customizes the default permissions of the users who have this role.

6 CONFIDENTIAL Managing Permissions for an UPSA Role 1.Select the project. 2.Select the UPSA role for which you want to manage permissions 3.Deny one or several of the operations allowed by default. 4.Allow an operation that is not allowed by default. 5.See the list of default allowed operations. When unfolded, the table lists all the operations allowed to an UPSA role by default.

8 CONFIDENTIAL Getting a Project Report You can get the current project cost, or the total chargeback for previous months, on the Reporting page. 9 CONFIDENTIAL Getting Events Audit Event audit allows to see which operations were performed on your infrastructure, who performed these events, and when this happened. This information is available on the Audit page of Orchestration Management Console 1.Select events scope in the Projects tree 2.Select an event from the list. 3.Use the button in the Info tab to get the details on the selected event to your , or press Show Related to get the list of the events related to the currently selected object.
