ROSÓŁ chicken soup

Broth/chicken soup is very popular in Poland. It is delicious Broth/chicken soup is very popular in Poland. It is delicious. Some people prefer chicken soup with beef or lamb. Poles often prepare it on Sundays. This wonderful aromatic broth with meat and vegetables is easy to cook regardless of culinary skills.

BROTH Ingredients: - medium size chicken - bcube broth - 2 carrots - parsley - 1 onion - 2 bay leaves - pepper, salt - pasta

Recipe: 1. First, wash the chicken and put in a pot of cold water.

2. When the water with meat starts to boil collect foam from the surface of the water.

3. Then throw into a pot chopped, peeled and washed carrots, parsley, onion.
