Deploy VIVA platform and portal to globally scalable community based organisations Phase One A world first, this platform provides physical community based globally scalable organisations (such as churches and sporting organisations) with a locally supported intranet, fully integrated internet, and new sources of sustainable funding. The portal further provides enduring relationships between business and their customers.

INITIATE VIVA CREATORS Another world first, VIVA Creators combines the power of the VIVA platform with entertainment to fund school education and arts throughout the world. Money raised through sales and advertising goes to the schools (pro rata) to finance education, literacy and arts. Full media promotion is supported by VIVA Internet TV and Radio, plus sharing with localised traditional media. This program enhances VIVA Community Networks as the locally hired staff managing VIVA Creators will be used for the VIVA Community Networks programs. Phase One

Initiate VIVA Community Level Charitable Giving In this system, an individual donor will be able to select a project and location within VIVA’s universe, then directly invest in that project, having met the recipients through web cams and VIVA onsite personnel. The donor will be able to watch the funds work, see the results, and know that virtually all of the donated money went into the project. This real time, direct process of micro-charity giving significantly increases the net effect of a donation (no cost of distribution and cost of organisation), increases engagement, and provides a real connection between individuals on a global scale -one person at a time.

Launch VIVA Village Level Global Trading In the VIVA Universe, an individual may select a product(s) and location in which the product is produced. Onsite VIVA representatives assist in showing the product (web cam technology), negotiating the transaction and handling all shipping details. The consumer is guaranteed a delivered product, the individual craft person is guaranteed payment. Again, personalisation and engagement is increased, global understanding is enhanced, and monies lost to those who have controlled distribution is returned to the communities. PHASE THREE
