Poster Layout 42”x56” landscape Template will be on website ( Font sizes – Readable! Margins: leave ½” Equations, especially Greek characters, should be images Some differences between Power Point versions keep it safe use most current version of PPT Conversion issues possible with other programs PDF files work as well- make sure exported to correct size Keep poster easy to read

Poster Session Logistics Hang posters at 1pm – in Building 13 Lobby Pizza lunch at 12pm in von Hipple, A group photo will be taken between 1 and 2pm Be ready to present your poster at 2pm Reminders −Proofread and get PI approval −Invite members from your group, etc.
