Operational Information Operational Case Study

Operational Information The purpose of Operational Case Studies is to increase knowledge and understanding of a particular incident type or event. Case studies will be provided by fire and rescue services and sometimes by other organisations. Case studies should identify one or more key issues and highlight the conclusions and lessons learnt by the originating organisation. The information should, wherever possible, be supported by other types of operational guidance. The documents should ideally be no more than four pages and be written in an informal way.
