“..I can’t think of a small school in the area that has anything near what St. Vincent will have to offer its young athletes” John Jackson Argus Courier The Saint Vincent de Paul High School athletic complex offers three fields; a combined football/soccer field, baseball field and softball field. The complex has been constructed using FieldTurf Pro Series synthetic turf providing the most durable, state of the art surface for play. The complex includes - A 250 person grandstand - Portable stands for the football/soccer field - A 400 person amphitheatre providing viewing of the softball field - Three scoreboards located on each of the fields - Portable sound system - Parking lot and street parking - On-site manager - Public restrooms St. Vincent de Paul High School is a small, co-educational Roman Catholic college preparatory school. St. Vincent de Paul High School Facilities Rules and Usage Snack Bar: Until a permanent snack bar is installed, renters can provide their own snack bar facilities. Snack bars are to be set up in the upper parking lot area. Barbeques are not allowed. There is no availability of electricity in the snack bar area. Parking: Parking is available in both the front and back lots of the school. Street parking is available on Keokuk and surrounding streets. Due to its narrow width, parking on Cherry Street at the rear of the school is not allowed. Food: Gum, colored drinks such as Gatorade, and sunflower seed are not permitted on the field. Bathrooms: Men’s and women’s bathrooms are available in the school arcade located next to the High School’s gym. Scoreboards: Scoreboards are available for use on each of the fields for an additional fee. Sound System: A portable sound system is available for use for an additional fee. Team Benches: Benches for soccer and football teams are available for use. Insurance: Renters will maintain a public liability insurance policy or self-insurance program with the following limits. St. Vincent’s High School will be named additional insured with primary insurance coverage of at least one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for personal injury and property damage with respect to the use of the school premises involved. User’s policy or program shall contain cross liability endorsements. Cleaning: A cleaning deposit of $100 for daily rental and $250 for seasonal rental is required by the renter. Renter is responsible for all reasonable cleaning of facilities including garbage pick-up off the field, grandstands, and amphitheatre. Should any cleaning be required beyond that which is reasonable wear and tear, the renter will forfeit the cleaning deposit. Pets: No dogs or other animals are allowed on the field at any time. St. Vincent de Paul High School Facilities Rental Rates Rental rates: The field rental rate is $125 per hour. This rate includes an on-site manager and maintenance. Soccer game rate is $175 per game. (Adult leagues) Season rental rates negotiable. Cleaning Deposit: $100 deposit for daily use. $250 deposit for seasonal use.
