Announcements No School on Friday due to Parent/Teacher conferences. This an opportunity for your parents to get a get out of 1 homework assignment free for you. I will check assignment, Chapter 14 Review, Binder for all of Chapter 14 notes, and These are new assignments for the 4 th quarter. If you missed last Friday, you must be excused to take the make-up exam which will be administered Tuesday during Study Hall and lunch and Wednesday during Lunch. I need to return exams to all students Thursday. If you are planning on missing class on Thursday; keep in mind that you have a quiz scheduled for that date. You may NOT make up quizzes.

Reminders: Attendance—especially seniors. You fail at 11 absences. This is the Taos Municipal School District policy. You must have a 90% attendance rate in order to get credit for a class. (Especially SENIORS) Tuesday/Wed – 12.6 Wed/Thurs and Quiz

Objective Simplify radical expressions involving addition and subtraction. Assignment pp #5 – 39 all

IMPORTANT If each radical in a radical expression is not in simplest form, simplify them first. Then use the distributive property, whenever possible, to further simplify the expression.
