The training centre This resort contains beautiful scenery, an assault course, a 4 star café/restaurant and includes an gym (plus swimming pool) and a sports hall where you can play a multiple of sports like football, basketball, tennis and a whole arsenal of sports. Luxury apartments in Mediterranean style looking out onto the beautiful natural lake. A small piece of the French Riviera in the Dutch polder. The gym Our gym is one of the best in England the main gym room spreads the size of 2 Olympic swimming pools The gym includes every thing you can think of from a treadmill to rowing machine and even dumbbells a week using this gym and I guarantee you will feel the difference We have over 30 personal trainers and 20 fitness coaches. Sports hall Our indoor sports centre is one of the largest in Europe it contains 3 main halls the plank hall, the Astro hall and the field hall. One of our reason for having the Astroturf and the field indoors is to make the perfect temperature for you to play a sport. Go back

Café le Goût Our café le Goût is a 4 star high quality café in which serves only the tastiest of foods and drink. Our chairs are so comfortable if our food wasn’t so good our customers would fall asleep and we would have sold them. Go back

Pool House Our main swimming pool is an Olympic size pool and we have other rooms with pools for example the hot tub and steam room and the fun room, which is full of water slides and rapids for your entertainment. Over all there is 6 pool rooms! Go back

Create your Camo At out and up we believe to be fit and a good solider you have to be somewhat creative that’s why we let you create your own Camo for the paintball session. There are three types of camo and they are, Desert (light brown), Straw (different shade of light brown) and Grass. Go back
