The project : «How makes Uvarovo a tourist destination?» Prepared by Koreneva A., 11 “A” Pokidysheva A., 11 “A”

Uvarovo is a modest town with charming places and its interesting history. The most fantastic and exciting in Uvarovo is its nature. This is green forests, endless fields, and of course the beautiful river Vorona. No other town can compare with Uvarovo in picturesque landscapes.

But as any small town Uvarovo has problems. This is lack of funds in the local budget, unemployment, rubbish on the streets, and more. This situation could be saved by making the town a tourist destination, as tourism could provide good profits for local residents. That is why we would like to make Uvarovo a tourist destination.

We would like to build a tourist complex on the picturesque riversides of the river Vorona. For doing our project we should go through some stages.

The first stage The first stage is forming a working group. It is necessary to develop different aspects of the plan. For example, to choose the place for tourist complex and to make plan of buildings.

The second stage Firstly, we will found sources of financing. The local businessmen, building companies can help us. And we will apply for grants to secure the capital. Also, we need a tourist company for flourishing a brand of a tourist complex.

The realization of the project The stage includes a building of tourist complex’s objects such as roads, water-supply, electricity and sewage. Then making groups of buildings (café, hotel, entertainment complex) will be. Architectors, engineers, builders are needed to build.

In addition we plan to build a farm, where cows, chickens, sheep and horses will live. So we will can provide with eco-friendly products (milk, eggs, meat) our tourists.

The tourist complex includes: 5 cottages, 1 guest house, hotel building; restaurant and bar; a conference room; Russian baths; entertainment center (bowling, billiards, disco); rental of sports equipment; football and volleyball fields; nursery and play area;
