The Climate The north cape on the northwest tip of the island is one of the windiest places in Canada.

Location The province is in Canada and it's to the east of New Brunswick. It's surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean.

Physical Region P.E.I is located in the Gulf of St. Lawrence west of Cape Breton. There are large dune fields on the north shore.
