SAVE THE DATE: Where is the camp? At Willy-Brandt-Zeltlagerplatz in Bavaria (Germany)

SAVE THE DATE: Structure 100 comrades live in a village Falken and 1-2 international delegations Village coordinators plan some activies before the camp 5 villages are a town Every town has a self-organised café as a meeting space Central space: Programme tents, media centre, training space, cafés, parties, youth area WE WILL HAVE ACTIVITIES IN VILLAGES, TOWNS AND THE CENTRAL SPACE!

SAVE THE DATE: Democracy! Villages What can be decided: everything concerning the village! (activities, conflicts and their soultion, ideas for town or central activities) Choose their own model (general assembly, council…) Send two children/young people and two helpers (adults) to town meetings (gender balanced) Towns Discuss issues from the villages and plan their own programme Send two people (gender balanced) to the central programme meeting and two people (gender balanced) to the central technical meeting Central Programme meeting: coordinate programme in towns and central space Technical meeting: discuss everything concerning the organisation of the camp

SAVE THE DATE: How can you get involved? Apply for programme coordinator! Become a village coordinator! Become a workshop trainer! Become head of delegation! Start fundraising!

SAVE THE DATE: Prep seminars at SBZ (close to Cologne) Topics: Camp rules, programme, village match making at KLH (close to Berlin) Topics: programme, training for trainers, village programme IMPORTANT DATES IF YOU WANT TO GET INVOLVED! (We try to get funding for both seminars)

SAVE THE DATE: Technical stuff Transportation from/to the nearest airport and train station will be arranged Tents will be supplied, but you will have to bring your own sleeping bags and mats Ca. 6-8 people will share one tent Food will be supplied centrally to the villages Dietary requirements will be taken care of (standard options are meat, vegetarian and vegan) Non-alcohol spaces will be provided and will be fun!

SAVE THE DATE: Solidarity projects It‘s a good tradition: groups from Europe invite groups from outside Europe to the camp and help with the fundraising It isn‘t all about the money You can build up close links to another group, make new friends and learn from each other You can camp in the same village and share your games, ideas and activities You can spend time together before the camp You can learn about solidarity trough practicing it
