Self-Esteem and Your life EQ: How does self esteem affect your life?

Self-Esteem-The measure of how much you value, respect, and feel confident ABOUT YOURSELF. Your level of self esteem determines: Determines how you face new challenges Relationships with others How you make decisions Your success

High self-esteem Feel good about themselves Like themselves Confident Do not feel inferior Are not deeply affected by negative comments.

Low self-esteem May keep people from enjoying life. Often feel they have no positive traits. Have trouble in relationships. Low confidence. Affected by negative comments. Self-esteem can change as you change. Most people fall between high and low self esteem.
