4 Solution: A Recruitment Campaign Initiated in 2006 Aimed to increase recruitment and to improve the introduction for new leaders Goal: that ½ our active scout troops participate in the campaign

7 Result 30 % change in recruitment Great feedback, especially on already made programs Time saving for our volunteers First year: 340 participating troops, second year: 530 participating troops
