 Mawarid Securities is a limited liability Company (LLC) registered in Emirate of Dubai (U.A.E) on January 9,  Mawarid Securities is a Subsidiary of Mawarid Finance, a private joint stock company founded in 2006 in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, with paid up capital of AED 1 Billion. Mawarid Finance is considered one of the fastest growing finance companies in the region.  Mawarid Securities is the Brokerage arm of Mawarid Finance company in U.A.E with activities that co-relate with the Islamic Sharia laws and principals. 4

Mawarid Securities is owned by Mawarid Finance (55%) and MFI Investment (44.99%). Mawarid Securities’ Paid Up Capital amounts to AED 50MM. The company, historically, used to maintain a market share that ranged from 1.60% % and an average monthly trading value of AED 1 billion. Despite the long tough period the whole Financial Markets passed through, and the high sustained losses, the company managed to maintain its existence in the stock markets. Mawarid Securities’ Market share, currently, ranges from 1% to 1.5% of total market share. 5

The company's activities are concentrated in the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), Abu Dhabi Financial market & securities (ADX), and NASDAQ Dubai, also structured plans to operate in Egypt and other Gulf stock exchange markets. Mawarid Securities provides distinct services and employs qualified and trained personnel in both of its front and its back offices, putting the clients satisfaction above everything else, These resources, combined with our proprietary trading technology, create the extensive support needed for the effective management of our clients investments. 6

 A new advanced Trading system is in place (Zag-Trader) to provide a more smooth flow of operations and procedures, access to local and International Markets, and to ensure better control and support the Risk assessment and management process.  Trading system enjoys two adequate and advanced Electronic Trading platforms:  E-trade platform accessible from any Pc anytime and anywhere.  Mobile trading platform compatible with Android and IOS devices. 7
