Caribbean © 2015 albert-learning.com The waters of the Caribbean Sea host large, migratory schools of fish, turtles, and coral reef formations. The Puerto Rico trench, located on the fringe of the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea just to the north of the island of Puerto Rico, is the deepest point in all of the Atlantic Ocean. Hurricanes that sometimes batter the region usually strike northwards of Grenada and to the west of Barbados. The principal hurricane belt arcs to northwest of the island of Barbados in the Eastern Caribbean. The region sits in the line of several major shipping routes with the Panama Canal connecting the western Caribbean Sea with the Pacific Ocean.

Caribbean © 2015 albert-learning.com Caribbean beaches are considered by many the most beautiful beaches in the world The Caribbean islands are covered by the Greater Antilles (Cuba, Jamaica, Puerto Rico) and the Small Antilles, which are divided into islands leeward and windward islands. The name West Indies, or the West Indies, is derived from the fact that the early navigators and explorers (Christopher Columbus) went by sea to the west, believing that in this way I can make it to India, China or Japan. They’re not supposed to be able to reach a new, hitherto completely unknown continent. When they reached these islands, they felt that they had come to the Western approach India. If you want sun, sand, strong colors and scents, then the Caribbean ideal decision where to go on the trip of your dreams, be it honeymoon or something else. In case you opt for the Caribbean, it would be good to meet you with this rather exotic nature and its inhabitants.
