Over-analyze and over-share the results. 3. Expand the Circle. Insert hybrids into other district structures where possible - curriculum cycle, credit recovery, GT, AP, PLCs, etc. 4. Formalize. Complete the policy work and communication necessary to make hybrids one of your normal school offerings.
