Technical Skills required by teacher and student Independence can create lower lows and higher highs Loosening controls can create admin, parents, community anxiety

17 Hybrid Courses - a How-To How do we get there...? 1. Gather Support - a core group with a champion. 2. Create a Pilot - tightly controlled to maximize chance of success. Over-analyze and over-share the results. 3. Expand the Circle. Insert hybrids into other district structures where possible - curriculum cycle, credit recovery, GT, AP, PLCs, etc. 4. Formalize. Complete the policy work and communication necessary to make hybrids one of your normal school offerings.
