Present Situation of Problems in My College College is being challenged by new trends relating to Educational technology& Globalization. SO we should :

Therefore the executive management and staff of university should hold the necessary capabilities required to develop knowledge and understand the changes in the environment and involve positively in these changes. This confirms the crucial presence of regulations of human development of university members who are responsible for developing human resources in the society.

So I studied that problem to suggest some countermeasures to be taken by The Ministry of Higher Education which is responsible for all universities and institutes of higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
