Renewable energy projects Renewable energy projects represent a potential of 9.7 million CER, that is 60% of the total CER of Moroccan approved CDM projects. The projects promoters are ONE (National Office of Electricity) with 94% of the CER (9.19 million), then LAFARGE (private cement factory) with 4% (345,000) and ONEP (National Office of Drinking Water) with 2% (172,400).
