What is INSANITY?  INSANITY is a 60-day total body workout system that enables you to get an intense workout in the comfort of your home  It is a 10 disc set that focusing on Max Interval Training, which is a quick way to burn a lot of fat and calories.  It is broken down in to different categories of workouts including strength, power, resistance, cardio, abs, and stretching.

How does it work?  The concept of INSANITY is to take traditional interval training and transform it into long bursts of maximum intensity exercises with short periods of rest.  In INSANITY the workouts keeps you consistently challenged as it switches you from aerobic to anaerobic exercises very quickly.  Your strength and endurance will increase tremendously and motivate you to keep improving your body and health  From a single hour long workout you will burn up to 1,00 calories and get the best body you could imagine in 60 days!

What Does INSANITY Come With?  10 Insane Workout Discs  Elite Nutrition Plan  INSANITY Workout Calendar  Free online support tools  Once you have finished the program you get a free INSANITY t-shirt in the mail

Equipment Needed  Software  10 disc INSANITY set ( around $120)  32-inch LCD TV (around $200)  DVD player (around $100)  Speakers (around $100)  Excel Spreadsheet (to keep records)  Equipment  There is no extra equipment required for the INSANITY workout system, just the desire to burn fat and improve your health.

How INSANITY Would Be Used  The INSANITY workout system would be used as a full unit plan for my 12 th grade physical education class  I would track the workouts and results throughout the 60 days and formulate grades according to results and participation  INSANITY will provide my students with a challenging workout that will completely transform how they train and feel about physical education

Success Stories  This link will prove to you just one the many success stories that come from the INSANITY program  nsanity/popup_parsea/success1.html nsanity/popup_parsea/success1.html

Assessments  By using the INSANITY system in my classroom I could test my students in aspects of physical education that are overlooked Strength/Weight lifting improvements Ab/Core testing with results taken and graded 1 mile timed test Flexibility Push-ups  I could test the students at the beginning, middle, and end of the unit to get accurate improvement results  I will use and excel spreadsheet to document all of the records so the students will be able to show their parents how much they have gained from INSANITY

Overview  There are many benefits to making this a part of our physical education program:  To make INSANITY a part of our program the cost would total about 500 dollars, which fundraising can easily cover  I believe this would be a wonderful addition to our program and the results would show that the investment was well worth the money. Healthy and more physically fit students Introduction to a better more efficient way of training To have the overlooked aspects of physical education taught

Reviews  “If you stick to the program, push play everyday, eat right... you will be absolutely AMAZED!!! As Shaun T can say, "dig deep" and it's all good!!!”  “I THOUGHT I WAS IN GREAT SHAPE UNTIL I TRIED INSANITY,IT KICKED MY BUTT,ITS A GREAT PROGRAM!”  This link will show you hundreds more reviews like this from real people using the INSANITY program and how much they gained from it!  47/insanity-60day-total-body- conditioning- program/reviews.htm 47/insanity-60day-total-body- conditioning- program/reviews.htm
