Paul P. Andrews Paul has been working in chiropractic since In 1999 Paul began working with the Massachusetts Chiropractic Society, Inc. and was their Membership Coordinator for several years. In 1999 Paul began consulting for chiropractic offices in the areas of billing and practice management as well as presenting seminars. Paul has received two awards from the MCS for Valuable service to the Chiropractic Profession. In 2002 Paul founded Andrews Billing Solutions, Inc. servicing chiropractic and physical therapy offices with third party insurance billing. Paul is Past Chairman of the Massachusetts Cosmetology Board as the Public Member, Board Member and Board Chair on the Massachusetts Massage Therapy Board and Member of the Board of Assessors for the Town of Mashpee, MA. 4

Mark A. Davini, DC, DABCN Dr. Davini is a 1981 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. In addition to over 24 years in active practice he holds a diplomate in chiropractic neurology. Dr. Davini has served as Chairman of the MA Board of Registration of Chiropractors, Vice-President of Public Information and Education and Chairman of the Ethics Committee for the MCS. Dr. Davini has lectured for various state and national associations continuing education programs to include chiropractors, nurses, dentists, the Council on Licensing, Enforcement and Regulation for the Commonwealth of MA, and 2 nd and 3 rd year medical students at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Dr. Davini co-developed and teaches the Chiropractic Assistants Procedures Program (C.A.P.P.) course in conjunction with Mr. Paul Andrews. Dr. Davini is active in the defense of chiropractors involved in malpractice litigation. Over the past five years Dr. Davini has functioned as a Compliance Auditor/Clinical Monitor as well as a pattern practice analyst. Dr. Davini was awarded 2 U.S. Patents on the “M-Brace” for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Dr. Davini was honored as “Doctor of the Year” by the Worcester County Chiropractic Society in 1987 and “Chiropractor of the Year by the Massachusetts Chiropractic Society in
