Became active in the Invasive Plant Council of BC in Began managing invasive plants in 2005 beginning with the Northern Interior Forest Region (NIFR). Began managing IPMAs in 2006 for the NWIPC and NEIPC. For the NWIPC, Spectrum now manages the Prince George IPMA. Spectrum currently manages the South Peace IPMA for the Northeast Invasive Plant Committee (Peace River Regional District). Extremely dry and warm growing season. Long summer and late fall meant several IP species underwent multiple late germinations.
