GDP of Singapore and Israel have the increase trend from 2004 to 2013 From 2010 to 2013, GDP of Singapore passed to higher than GDP of Israel Source: 3

- The GDP growth rate of Singapore and Israel are similar in the first period ( ) followed by the rapid decrease to around 1.0 % in Especially, the GDP growth of Singapore has the surprise view that showed the highest point in 2010 (15.2%). Source: 4

Conclusion Although GDP of Singapore is lower than Israel from 2004 to 2010, the GDP growth rate of it always higher than Israel Despite of the quite similar in GDP of Singapore and Israel, the GDP growth rate shows the very much difference between 2 countries and the GDP per capita of Singapore tend to more higher than Israel Besides that, the amount of GDP did not decide the health expenditure rate of it. It is described by the nearly double of health expenditure of Israel in comparison with Singapore. It may be can explain by the difference in weather condition between these countries. 7
