Arrival Sunsail’s taxi driver greets you with a hand shake. Sunsail sends a taxi driver to meet you.

Arrival Sunsail’s taxi service requires payment onsite. Sunsail’s taxi service provides luggage assistance.

Arrival Sunsail customers follow signage to customer service with luggage in cart. Sunsail Customers are assisted with their luggage into a cart by the taxi driver and directed to the reception area.

Reception Sunsail customers are offered options until their yacht is ready. (Bar, pool, provisioning etc) Sunsail welcome customers in reception and offers to store luggage until boat is ready for boarding.

Reception Sunsail customer service, welcomes customer with a genuine smile and handshake. Sunsail customer service are friendly, welcoming and attentive to customers questions.

Trip Preparations Sunsail provides a full chart brief and personal tips / recommendations for the cruising area. Sunsail paper work is all completed ahead of time and given to them at check in, in a basic folder.

Presentation Sunsail yacht presentation is uniform and clean for all yachts. Sunsail provides a detailed yacht briefing, which is booked upon arrival on a slot basis.

Presentation Sunsail will provide quality cockpit cushions for all charters. Sunsail does not provide a personal welcome board.

Presentation Sunsail provides high quality masks, fins and snorkels in a full range of sizes. Sunsail provides a clean presentable yacht with cushions stowed.

Presentation Sunsail presentation is a standard welcome card and bottle of water.

Presentation Sunsail starter pack is additional option as part of “Charter pack.” Sunsail provisioning is either line item, packaged or self purchased.

Presentation Sunsail bath towels are provided and beach towels can be purchased in reception. Sunsail linens are provided and beds only made if “Charter pack” is purchased.

Presentation Sunsail customers can rent DVD players and blender where available. Sunsail only provides toiletries and soap if charter pack is purchased.

Departure Sunsail provides on dock assistance for all charter departures and arrivals. Sunsail customers can hire a skipper for the first day if they wish.

Service Calls Sunsail rectifies the issue in a friendly efficient manor. Sunsail provides prompt friendly and professional service calls.

Arrival Back at Base Sunsail will meet all returning customers for docking assistance. Sunsail customers can return to the base anytime for free and replenish ice, fuel and water at their own cost.

Arrival Back at Base Sunsail, thanks customers for sailing with us and says good by at the debrief. Sunsail provides digital pictures which are ed to customers.
