TRENDS AND OPPORTUNITIES IN MARKETING VEGETABLES in the DOMESTIC MARKET
Philippines’ fast food chains, hotels and restaurants, and some supermarkets require a wide variety of high quality and consistent supply of fresh vegetables. Australia remains the top supplier of lettuce, celery, cauliflower and broccoli, capturing 75% of the fresh/chilled vegetable market.
