Procedures 2.02 Annual Evaluation … The evaluation period will normally be April through March each year and the performance evaluation must be completed by May All performance evaluations must be completed within two (2) months after the close of the evaluation period.

Process Step 1: Supervisor completes performance evaluation. Supervisor and employee meet to discuss performance evaluation. Supervisor submits evaluation to employee for review. Step 2: Employee reviews evaluation online and returns to supervisor. Step 3: Supervisor submits evaluation to unit/department head for final approval. Step 4: Unit/department head reviews and approves.
