Majors and minors Choose to study the areas you are passionate about: 24 courses over three years (eight per year – full-time) specialise in two areas called majors and minors - you must complete one major and one minor. Appealing a Grade If you genuinely believe you have received an inappropriate or incorrect result in a College of Arts and Social Sciences course, there are steps you can take to have that result reviewed. This must be done within 20 working days of the formal notification of results. 16
