Open Fitness This software makes working out easier by recording your data and letting you focus on actually doing the exercises rather than having to keep track of it all. It helps to make up a diet that you can follow. A good diet is a very important aspect to getting fit and in shape. This will also to help improve on body measurements and get you to where you want to be. It tracks your cardiovascular and weightlifting exercises (sets, reps, etc.) which you can always look back to see what you did in the days previously and help make up or plan a workout or routine for the days coming up. I consider this software a motivational software because you can always see where you stand with your performance and helps you to keep track of where you need to improve. It makes the working out life a lot simpler with Open Fitness tracking your every move. This would be very vital to a physical education class to help the students see how their progress is doing and keep them motivated. Makes it easy to get fit and get started early.
