 OPEN YOUR WEB BROWSER.  TYPE in the address bar.  Search “PAN CARD APPLICATION” in the search bar.  Open First link as shown in next slide.

 CLICK “ONLINE APPLICATION FOR NEW PAN”  Click on Tab “NEW PAN FOR INDIAN CITIZENS”  READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AS GIVEN AND SELECT “CATEGORY OF APPLICANT”.  I SUPPOSE IT TO BE “INDIVIDUAL”.  APPLICATION FORM IS OPEN.  FOR ENTER AREA CODE,AO TYPE,RANGE CODE,AO NUMBER, YOU HAVE TO SEARCH IT ON GOOGLE.

 Select AO Code search for pan link.

 If you belong to Table I then enter the values as given.  Otherwise search by city and enter first letter of your city.  I am doing for Varanasi.

 As per the area enter your value in the application form.  Enter the application form.  Now you have to pay the fees so for it you have 4 options.  You can any of these.  If you don’t know how to pay online then I will prefer you to go for cheque or DD.  Now press the “Submit” button.  Your Acknowledgement page will be generated.  Keep the 16 digit acknowledgement no. safe for future references.
