Why Rhyme ? Rhyming gives sound recognition within similar words and develops language skills on to reading skills. Rhyming is fun and develops language skills and social skills due to, group activities with rhyme.

Modeling Clapping is a way of rhyming clap and lap are two words that rhyme and by clapping your hands together and putting them in your lap. Modeling is the best form of teaching by modeling it shows a students an example f what something looks or sounds like.

Interactive Whiteboards IWB or interactive white boards as interactive tools in rhyming by using an interactive white board hands on learning will help students learn more effectively clicking on letters and words to rhyme.

In closing Rhyming is a fun and specific ways to learn how to read. Infancy to early childhood rhyming has been the stepping stones to reading readiness. Rhyming is one fun digital activity to use in the classroom.
