CSI-NGO MOU Agreements CSI MOU agreements with Non-Profit – Pledges by both parties – Best efforts performance – CSI: Seed fundraising, technical support – NGO: Execute pilot as Non-Profit; forms For-Profit for future bridge grants, bank loans or investment funding to take to scale – On completion of Pilot Non-Profit owns units – On completion of for-profit organization transfers to for profit – If fails at Non-Profit stage CSI can help with re- deployment elsewhere 7/12/ CSI-NGO Partnership Agreements9

CSI Funding & Technical support – Formation of SunBlazer Manufacturers Consortium (SMC) Consortium is non-profit w/ open source sharing goals SMC will enable CSI to lend pro-bono technical support, communicate with all parties openly, equally SMC gives group greater strength in management, fundraising, global visibility as group championing global community empowerment IEEE CSI can continue to support with pro-bono design, problem analysis advice, training, upgrades, future enhancement initiatives etc 7/12/ CSI-NGO Partnership Agreements13
