DIRECTIONS  Step4  Next pour into a pan that represents organization and cook for 30mins. - Organization serves as a structure. This is extremely an important key to write a business report because Business reports are generally intended to influence some audience to do something. Also, in most cases the material must be presented in a clear, organized and logical format designed to lead the reader to the desired solution. Therefore, readers usually want to know right away why they are reading a message, so you should state your main point clearly in the beginning of the message, and then provide supporting details in organized and direct way. Also, organization in business writing is important because it is crucial to the success of a business message and it keeps the message in appropriate order.

DIRECTIONS  Step 5  Last, but not least remove from oven and apply the icing of persuasion. - Persuasion is the one of the most important role in successful business organization, regardless of size, industry, or geography. The ability to be effective persuasive is to achieve your goals and that requires trusting and good relationship with people around you. Effective persuasion is difficult and time-consuming proposition because it is the most difficult skill to gain since you want to convince others by your opinion and beliefs. Also, making effective decisions about a part in business can depend on the persuasive weather he/she a good persuasive or not. Persuasion is significant and valuable skill for business writing because “effective persuaders establish credibility, they reinforce their position using vivid language, and compelling, and they also connect emotionally with their audience.” (Conger)
