Plan Around 160 hours of learning 9 months – formal university course Split into modules Credits may be given for further study External accreditation – certificate or diploma in regulation (Masters level) Start September 2013 Working with Human resources – compulsion of staff
Way ahead Formal design of course Complete prospectus 50 to start in September staff (front end operational over 2 years from all areas of the SRA) Cost 2 k per individual Ongoing refresher training (formal plan)
