How the Scheme works LA Funds held by Wessex Capital returned to pot Funds lent to client at 4% Interest covers WHIL costs

Loan Details  Fixed rate of 4%  Capital and interest repayment loan  No loan set up fees Only charges:  £40 - Land Registry fee;  5% Severn Wye project Management fee  Equitable Mortgage

Amounts and Term  Minimum loan = £1,  Maximum loan = £15,  Term ranges from 6 months to 15 years

Example Repayments Capital and 4%  £2,000 over 10 years = £20.25 per month  £6,000 over 15 years = £44.38 per month  £10,000 over 15 years = £73.97 per month

Releasing funds Two choices: 1.Client receives the money and settles invoice with installer direct 2.Funds are paid directly from Wessex HIL to installer ! Funds not released until works are completed and inspected !
