ANIMAL CRUELTY Clara Momesso

What is Animal Cruelty? Animal cruelty is a form of neglect toward animals. It may be mistreatment, abuse and many other things. Animal cruelty is mainly when an animal has been physically abused and when it is not given food or water and other basic sources for survival.

FAST FOOD SLAUGHTER Fast food restaurants such as KFC, Mc Donalds and many more cruelly slaughter chickens. They defeather them in scalding hot tanks of water, cut their throats open and so much more

WHALING Whaling is mainly illegally done in our waters by Japan. Many other countries still whale such as, Russia, Iceland, Denmark and many more. In total 1508 whales were killed for their meat and other oils that are believed to be used in medicines.

DANCING BEARS In countries such as India and many more, baby bears are pulled away from their mother at only 1 month old while their mothers are shot. These baby bears are used for money, to dance on the dusty streets of India. The bears are not fed and are not given water. They are also locked in cages all day with a burning hook pierced through their nose without anesthetic. They are being pulled from a rope all day which makes them dance. Every time the rope is pulled the bear feels pain. Every day these bears are tortured for the sake of money.

VEGETARIANISM Becoming a vegetarian will support the rights of animals. There are many other sources of protein such as; eggs, fish, lentils and other fruit and veg. SAY NO TO ANIMAL PRODUCTS AND DO YOUR BIT!

The amounts of animals are decreasing everyday and very soon a lot of animals will be on the trail to extinction. KFC are advertising a false statement. KFC are really receiving and using unfresh chicken.
