Prepay Loggins Prepay Portal – – Login using your current portal username and password BCGI – – Login using provided username and password

Adding a new customer always start in Prepay portal Select

Select plan Sim card # Choose area/reserve number Total to collect

Select payment method With CC enter info Then Submit Confirm total is correct

On prepay status page select BCGI load info Copy info into required fields in BCGI Notice sim card serial number has been converted to IMSI which is required for BCGI

Select Add New Customer in BCGI Complete all fields with a red * Enter

Paste info from portal status page Note IMSI is a different # from the serial # Entered from the sim card Enter

Select Services and Charges Tab Select Change Service Plan Choose Plan Select next and Then Save

Replenishments

Select

Enter prepay number Put in replenishment amount Choose payment method Submit

Enter Prepay Number

Select Account Details Tab Always Select Cash Enter Amount Add Comments Submit Next Select Replenish

Agent Portal Phone OTA Change APN on all prepaid phones

Remove current phone settings Before adding new settings delete the current WAP or MMS settings from the phone. This is phone specific Example: Sony S3600 Menu > Settings > Application settings > Browser > Browser Profiles > UnionWap > Options > Remove (delete)

To download MMS and Wap settings select Customer Service then OTA a Phone Select Next Select

Add phone Information Enter phone number Use drop down menus to select Manufacturer and model When complete Select Button

Accept Settings in phone The phone will need to have the settings updated. The phone will receive two configuration messages. View Message > Options > Install > Union Wap > Wap > Yes View Message > Options > Install > Union MMS > Union MMS > Yes > Yes
