What is relationship marketing Relationship marketing is the process of building and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Companies have recognized that clients represent more than a point of sale. Relationship marketing involves creating a high level of customer satisfaction value and service.

In the area of relationship marketing they try to we aim to foster partnerships that are mutually beneficial by being innovative, transparent and fair in all our dealings with our suppliers, customers and consumers.

The purpose of relationship marketing? The purpose of relationship marketing is to build trust with customers so they continue coming back to the business long term. This also helps the business to sustained and mataine a high level of customer service, satisfaction and customer value. Making a customer feel valued will often keep them coming back to the business.
