Immediate Energy (carbohydrates) The smoothie that will provide you with more immediate energy is Chocolate Moo’d. The smoothie contains more carbohydrates than the Mango-a-go-go smoothie. These carbohydrates quickly turn into glucose which are simple sugars that provide as fuel for the body.

Long Term Energy (fats) The smoothie that would provide you with the longest term energy is the Chocolate Moo’d. The chocolate smoothie has more total fat than the mango smoothie supplying you with more long term energy

Two Benefits- Chocolate Moo’d 1. Low in cholesterol: Because the smoothie is low in cholesterol, it decreases the risk of heart disease and clogging of the arteries. 2. High in Carbs: Although there are ups and downs to lots of carbohydrates, they do provide you with immediate energy. Since most of the food is made up of carbohydrates, a lot of energy can come from this smoothie.

Two Benefits- Mango-a-go-go Low in saturated fat: Low in oils, animal fats, and lards. When the saturated fat is low, the risk of having problems with your heart decreases. Great source of Vitamin A and Vitamin C: A lot of Vitamin A in a food can boost immune system, helps protect bodies from cancer, and helps maintain healthy bones and teeth. A lot of Vitamin C in a food helps protects the body from, cancer, stroke and eye problems.

Non-benefits of Chocolate Moo’d 1.Most of the calories in the food come from sugars: This causes a higher risk of developing heart problems because of clogged arteries. 2.Not a lot of Vitamin A: Can increase the risk of a Vitamin A deficiency causing the chance of having problems with your eyes greater.

Non-benefits of Mango-a-go-go 1.Most of the calories in the food come from sugars: This causes a higher risk of developing heart problems because of clogged arteries % carbohydrates: There are ups and downs of food providing you with carbohydrates. It is bad for the body when too many carbohydrates are consumed because it can cause weight gain.
