Holistic Diagnostic Meeting A typical initial meeting constitutes a full holistic business analysis covering Sales & Marketing, Operations, Strategy, Finance and Skills. Modelling & Product Positioning In order to agree milestones and targets, a detailed sales/revenue forecast model is required and will be jointly agreed. As business development is primarily about selling more, being more profitable and more efficient (reducing cost and time) – this is the key stage at which to review the clients product and approach to the market. Hands On Execution In summary, helping clients or acting as in-house resource, to actually do what is needed E.G.: –Interim Marketing –Interim Partner Management –Interim Sales –Interim Operations Delivery may be in the form of agreed hours, objectives or a combination of the two. Requisite-IBD ©

Results Results are the measure of success and should meet the original project specification – “Have I made money or saved money“ However there is another currency – time. This may just be used to spend on more business development and greater revenues Either way it has to be measured and a successful Requisite-IBD project must first pay for itself, then add additional value E.G.: –Channel building –Sale force restructuring –Implementing new management hierarchy Requisite-IBD ©
