THE YOUNIQUE COMPENSATION PLAN Outlined in your Presenter Guide--As a Younique Presenter, you are required to reach $125 in PRS (personal retail sales) every rolling 3 months. You begin at 20% commission, once you reach $1,000 in PRS you get a raise to 25% permanently, even on purchases YOU make on YOUR website. You are also paid daily... if you have a sale that day.. you get paid THAT day. There are monthly payouts above and beyond your PRS based on your company sales(you and your down-line) from 3% up to 6% of that total once it reaches $2000 as you build your team!
