SEAC employs the Apprentice – Assumes full and legal employer responsibility for Apprentice: Health and Safety, Safeguarding Performance Management Disciplinary and Grievance procedure Pay rolling. SEAC – A Low Risk Option

SEAC - The Benefits Advice on Apprentice’s role Source training provision and negotiate contribution to training costs. Safety net Full recruitment service provided Apprenticeship support for duration of training period (Host Company and Apprentice) Impartial problem solving role
