Habit: Things we do repeatedly without thinking --auto-pilot -- Habits will make us or break us Activity: fold arms 7 Habits can help us 1. Get control of life 2. improve relationships 3. make better grades 4. get along with your parents 5. increase self-confidence

Paradigm: Perception/your point of view --usually inaccurate --create limitations; like wearing wrong prescription glasses We have a paradigm about: 1. ourselves: be around people who build you up and believe in you 2. other people: rd pg 17

Habit 1: Be Proactive I am the captain of my life; I am the driver not the passenger I choose my attitude; and am responsible for my happiness Being proactive or reactive is your choice

Habit 2: Begin With The End In Mind Develop a clear picture of where you want to go with your life. What are your values and goals. Think beyond today so that every step you take is in the right direction
