Hallie Watson is a Personal Services Representative at Workforce Solutions – Conroe I AM Workforce Solutions to my customer I use my customer's perspective to guide my work I understand the resources available throughout our system I can always help my customer even when I have to say "no" I learn from my mistakes and gain a better understanding of how to help my customer

Hallie Watson helps employers meet their workforce needs and individuals build careers, so both can compete in the global economy using “I am Workforce Solutions” principles. In the last 7 months she has directly placed in employment 16 customers of which 14 were receiving TANF. Hallie Watson believes in our “Core Values” of innovation, productivity, accountability and results. She currently is also supporting 15 active customers in training and helping them stay in training with follow-up and guidance. She is working directly with them on their individual employment plans to ensure success when they have completed training. Hallie is a team player and assists all entities within Workforce Solutions such as aiding the office staff, Data Management Office and Customer Service Center. Hallie worked on a special project with CSC for 4 months that helped them process thousands of customer request and provide quality customer service. Hallie Watson is a Leader!

Mr. Allen Taylor was laid off from Hewlett Packard in June 2010; he came in to Workforce Solutions Conroe location in January 2011 to inquiry about returning to school because he was not having any success at finding employment. After researching different medical fields from Psychology to RN he decided on becoming a nurse. Mr. Taylor started training in May 2011 he worked very hard and did not fall below a B average throughout his time in school. Mr. Taylor completed his RN training at Lone Star May of this year. He is very excited about his job as an Intake Nurse for Kingwood Pines Hospital earning $51,000. Results! Quality Customer Service!

Hallie is Workforce Solutions Hallie’s overall performance has been exceptional both with her daily customer service but as well as assisting the office management team exceed goals with assistance on special projects, working job orders and covering office management when needed. Hallie helps lead by example by training new staff and driving a customer service message throughout the entire office! Hallie received an award for Interfaith Employee of the Year!
