 Land acquisition  Approvals processes  Training and motivation of labour force  Providing a good quality product which is affordable to the customer, especially at the lower end  Concentration on higher end products with higher profits

 Caution due to high interest rates, inflation, lack of funding for developers  Positives due to lower prices in Bangalore  New higher end products  Improved infrastructure?? Metro, airport rail link, water supply, etc.  More well planned multi use developments  Demand to remain high??
