“Zlatna Panega Beton” EOOD is 100% subsidiary of TITAN CEMENT Group and exists since the beginning of In Bulgaria the Group is represented by the cement factory Zlatna Panega AD, and the ready-mix concrete company “Zlatna Panega Beton” EOOD with two commercial and one project plant in Sofia, two plants in Plovdiv, one plant in Veliko Tarnovo, two projects plants in LOT-3 TRAKIA Highway (Nova Zagora) and one plant in Zlatna Panega. The Company owns also two semi-mobile concrete plants (with 1.0 cub.m. and 2.0 cub.m mixers), specially designed for big construction projects, ready to be installed in a month. Production and Quality In all plants the production of concrete itself is fully automatically controlled by a computer system, giving a complete safety to the client concerning quality and quantity. The technology and the capacity of the plants, as well as the know-how of TITAN CEMENT Group allows us to offer to our clients high qualities of concrete of all types according to the Bulgarian and European standards. The dosing of chemical additives is controlled also automatically giving the possibility to produce various kinds of special recipes according to the clients requirements, concerning waterproof, frost resistance etc. The company is supported by the independent authorized construction laboratory of GRANITOID, which ensures the strength input/output control, the proof of the products and development of new recipes for concrete. “Zlatna Panega Beton” EOOD has a quality management system with Certificate for ISO 9001:2000.

Zlatna Panega Beton EOOD - Sofia In Sofia “Zlatna Panega Beton” EOOD operates 2 modern commercial ready-mix plants LIEBHERR (Germany), in the area of the airport Sofia – plant “Airport” and in the north of the city – plant “Voenna Rampa”. “Zlatna Panega Beton” EOOD is equipped with state-of-the-art technology for concrete and mortar production and is very well situated in view to the local construction activities in Sofia. The concrete batching plant “Airport” is equipped with 2.25 cub.m. mixer, 4 cement silos, 100 t each and 6 aggregate silos. The concrete batching plant “Voenna Rampa” is equipped with 2.25 cub.m.. mixer, 6 cement silos, 100 t each and 6 aggregate silos which allows the company to deliver numerous types of concrete without any technical adjustments. To ensure the quality of the delivery service to the customers in Sofia the Company operates 32 mixer trucks 7 cbm, 8 cbm, 9 cbm and 10 cbm. “Zlatna Panega Beton” EOOD has also 6 concrete pumps in Sofia (32 m, 42 m and 50 m) and one Putzmeister stationary pump (equipped with spider and 200 m. pipes) allowing to execute any complicated orders in regard to the placing of concrete. Both plants (“Airport” and “Voenna Rampa”) are equipped with heating installations, which gives us the possibility to deliver concrete with the desired parameters also by very low temperatures (down to – 20 0 C). It allows our clients not to stop the construction works due to bad weather conditions.

Zlatna Panega Beton EOOD - Plovdiv In Plovdiv “Zlatna Panega Beton” EOOD operates 2 modern ready-mix plants TEXNOKAT (Greece), on Bratia Bukston str. (3.30 cub.m.) and in Voivodinovo village (1.00 cub.m.). To ensure the quality of the delivery service to the customers in Plovdiv the Company operates 10 mixer trucks 7 cub.m., 8 cub.m. and 10 cub.m. “Zlatna Panega Beton” EOOD has also 3 concrete pumps in Plovdiv (2x36 m. Putzmeister and 41 m. CIFA). The plant on Bratia Bukston str. has covered aggregates warehouse, which gives us the possibility to deliver concrete with the desired parameters also by very low temperatures (down to – 20 0 C).
